I make them in a mini muffin/cupcake pan, which makes 24 pods. Lightly grease a muffin pan. I use a mini pan which makes 24 small muffins. Scramble eggs Mix in broccoli florets Spoon mixture into muffin pan Sprinkle cheese on the top of each pod.
